What's new?

The following modifications have been made to the Renoclimat program on May 1, 2024:

  • The grant amounts have been increased for home insulation and airtightness retrofits, the replacement of doors and windows and the installation of mechanical systems.
  • The installation of geothermal domestic heating supply systems and air-source heat pumps are no longer eligible for financial assistance from Rénoclimat. A transitional phase is currently underway for affected participants.
  • It is also planned that a fee of $150 will soon be required for the pre-retrofit energy evaluation. The fee will be reimbursed upon payment of financial assistance.
